The Renewal Specialist II is responsible for reconciling client renewal contract data, preparing proactive renewal quotes, and processing subsequent sales orders. Requirements

  • Two-year college degree and/or 2-3 years equivalent relevant business experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including sales, vendor partners and clients

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant experience with customer account services, vendor, and client relationships, including maintenance support and/or contract renewals preferred
  • Relevant experience in technology industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing a book of business including selling and expanding maintenance renewals by conducting research, verifying maintenance renewal data, gather pricing information, generating renewal quotations including additional revenue opportunities prior to expiration
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including sales, vendor partners and clients to build relationships
  • Working in coordination with sales to proactively pursue maintenance renewals and develop new client leads
