Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ year of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in the health insurance industry, preferably within a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) environment.
  • Experience supporting account or client management functions, including coordination of deliverables and communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with proposal development or renewal coordination, including administrative renewals and stop-loss quoting or documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Experience designing, refining, or optimizing operational processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and standardization.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration across teams such as Sales, Account Management, Finance, Network, Compliance, and Vendor Management.
  • Experience working with claims data, reporting packages, or financial/operational analysis to support recommendations (e.g., trends, utilization, savings opportunities).
  • Experience using structured workflows or standardized processes, ideally in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment.
  • Experience with document automation, proposal tools, or CRM systems (e.g., Qvidian, Salesforce, Insightly) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal timelines and deliverables for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to gather pricing, performance data, and updates.
  • Build renewal drafts within the proposal management system, ensuring consistency with HPI templates, content standards, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Account Management staff to prepare client-ready renewal packages, incorporating updated pricing, suggested vendor information, and messaging aligned with HPI standards.
  • Identify workflow or content issues and recommend improvements to the team for implementation
  • Coordinate the Performance Guarantee (PG) Process for Assigned Groups including coordination of reporting and reconciliation of account PGs.
