About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as renewable energy. The Co-Founder / CPO will own, build, and run their startup, taking full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. The role includes a customised personal-development programme designed by unicorn founders, weekly one-to-one sparring, and support with hiring, fundraising, product-market fit, and building sales or marketing capabilities. The opportunity offers employment with a salary while building the startup, or alternatively the option of up to €500k in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
