About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as clean energy. The Co-Founder / CPO will own, build, and run their startup, taking full responsibility for its development and growth. The role includes an extensive personal development programme customised by unicorn founders, covering goal, time, and energy management. EWOR provides weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and assistance with hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals. Fellows receive support and coaching to reach product-market fit, build a sales force or marketing engine, and prepare to raise millions in funding. The opportunity offers either a salary while building the startup through direct employment or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also supports fundraising, with the aim of helping secure a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
