About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as renewable energy. The co-founder will own, build, and run a startup, with responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. The role includes a customised development programme designed by unicorn founders, weekly one-to-one sparring, coaching, and support with hiring, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. The opportunity offers either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500k in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
