About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as clean energy. The Co-Founder / CPO will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The position includes a salary while building the startup through direct employment, or the option to choose up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a founder and investor community, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, product-market-fit and go-to-market support, and coaching to prepare for fundraising. Fellows also follow a customised personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as clean energy.

• Build a team, with hiring support through the company’s professional network.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
