About The Position

We are hiring a Remote Sales Representative to join our benefits enrollment team. In this role, you will connect with members of labor unions, associations, and credit unions we already work with to help them understand and enroll in the permanent insurance benefits available to them. All appointments are set from warm, pre-qualified requests — no cold calling and no buying your own leads.This is a fully remote role with structured training, an assigned mentor, and a clear path from new rep to senior rep to team lead.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a professional, coachable mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Able to complete a state insurance licensing process (we help you through it)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus — but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual benefits presentations with members who have requested information
  • Review each member's needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Complete enrollment paperwork and submit applications accurately
  • Follow up with members during the policy delivery process
  • Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Track your activity and pipeline in our CRM
