About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Representatives. In this fully remote role, you'll work with union members, veterans, associations, and their families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions through scheduled virtual appointments. Whether you're beginning a new career or bringing experience in customer service or sales, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administrative support, or sales is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Understand each client's insurance needs and financial goals.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
Recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
Review existing policies and assist with policy updates when appropriate.
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations.
