About The Position

We are expanding our recruiting operations and looking for a motivated, dependable, and energetic Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler to help connect interested applicants with our hiring team. This role involves contacting warm candidates who have already applied, responded to a recruiting advertisement, or expressed interest in learning more about career opportunities. The primary responsibilities include connecting with candidates, confirming their interest, scheduling appointments, sending reminders, following up, and helping candidates attend their scheduled interviews. The goal is to create a positive first impression, keep the interview calendar organized, and ensure the recruiting pipeline moves forward. No previous recruiting or appointment-setting experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to candidates who have already applied or expressed interest.

  • Schedule candidates for available career overviews and interviews.
  • Help applicants select available appointment times.
  • Send or confirm applicable scheduling information.

  • Help interested candidates reschedule.
  • Answer basic questions regarding scheduling and interview logistics.
  • Direct detailed position-specific questions to the appropriate recruiter or hiring manager.
  • Turn applicant interest into completed appointments.
  • Maintain an organized appointment pipeline by monitoring upcoming appointments, confirming scheduled candidates, following up when appropriate, rescheduling missed appointments, identifying candidates who still need to schedule, and keeping candidate statuses current.
  • Communicate important scheduling information to the recruiting team.
