About The Position
AO is seeking motivated, service-driven professionals to join our expanding remote team as a Remote Client Success Coordinator. In this role, you will work in a collaborative virtual environment where mentorship, professional development, and performance-based advancement are central. You will support clients through every stage of their experience by providing exceptional service, building trusted relationships, and helping families better understand available benefit programs. You will also develop valuable communication, leadership, and client relationship skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have access to a computer or laptop
- Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Have webcam and microphone capability
- Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
- Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Leadership or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and online communication platforms
- Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding customer service
- Educate clients about available benefit options and answer questions
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
