About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Entry-Level Insurance Representatives to help working families, veterans, union members, and their loved ones understand and access valuable life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. Whether you're beginning your career or looking for a fresh opportunity, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Requirements

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.
Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administrative, or sales experience is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
Provide personalized recommendations based on each client's needs.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Review existing policies and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
Support clients throughout the application and claims process.
Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional service.
Participate in ongoing coaching, leadership development, and professional training.
