Remote All Ages Therapist (LICSW / LPCC) – Minnesota
About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time LICSW or LPCC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of their Minnesota-based partners. This fully remote role prioritizes clinical quality, collaboration, and work-life balance. The therapist will conduct comprehensive initial evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatry, case management, peer support, and crisis services. The position is 100% remote, based in Minnesota, and serves patients aged 6+ with various diagnoses. Iris Telehealth is a Joint Commission Accredited organization focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health care and providing comprehensive support to its clinicians.
Requirements
- Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota (required)
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Nice To Haves
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred
- Telehealth experience preferred (experience with Netsmart myEvolve a plus!)
