Remote All Ages Therapist (LICSW / LPCC) – Minnesota
About The Position
We are hiring a full-time LICSW or LPCC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of our Minnesota-based partners. As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. You will also collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources. This is a 100% Remote role serving patients aged 6+ with diagnoses including autism, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and general mental health conditions. The caseload is approximately 8 patients per day, with 60-minute appointments.
Requirements
- Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota (required)
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Telehealth experience preferred
