About The Position

The FISE Remote Monitoring Center Specialist will remotely support the execution of Field Services jobs at rig sites. This role involves monitoring multiple jobs simultaneously, ensuring data accuracy within the Tenaris online platform, and addressing operational challenges through troubleshooting and proactive quality assurance. Key responsibilities include verifying platform functionality, improving communication with stakeholders, and driving efficiency to contribute to the success of well construction operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field services (casing and torque turn).
  • Fundamental understanding of well construction operations, including pipe running, torque turn, and rig systems and equipment.
  • Proficiency in data entry and the use of web-based platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong procedural focus.
  • Excellent analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or a related field from a four-year college is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee rig operations to support Field Services at rig sites by guiding troubleshooting actions, monitoring multiple jobs simultaneously, and reviewing real-time data and trends for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and validation in the Tenaris online platform while proactively identifying and resolving anomalies or quality issues through routine QA/QC checks.
  • Verify pre-job checklists, conduct connectivity tests, and ensure the platform's continuous functionality through regular monitoring.
  • Perform basic operations and software troubleshooting, escalating issues only when necessary.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve concerns and improve efficiency.
  • Follow established protocols for issue resolution and propose enhancements to communication and operations.
