About The Position
The Remote Mental Health Therapist provides scheduled virtual counseling to clients throughout Arkansas. The role focuses on delivering therapy, following up thoughtfully, and managing cases while minimizing unnecessary administrative work. The therapist works a regular weekday schedule with independence in managing sessions and support available when needed.
Requirements
- Active Arkansas license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Master’s degree in a mental health field.
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms.
- Reliable time management and clinical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Lead virtual counseling sessions with clients throughout Arkansas.
- Address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties.
- Monitor changes in clients’ situations and respond appropriately.
- Keep notes concise, accurate, and completed on time.
- Flag urgent or higher-risk concerns.
- Participate in case discussions when another viewpoint would be useful.
- Maintain privacy, professional boundaries, and ethical standards.
- Meet Arkansas licensing requirements for the therapist’s profession.
