About The Position

This full-time, remote telehealth position is for a Mississippi-licensed LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. The therapist will spend most of the workday providing direct therapy to clients by video, helping them address concerns affecting mood, relationships, decision-making, or overall well-being. The role requires sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and responsible case management between sessions. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $115,000–$120,000 per year, with full benefits.

Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
Active Mississippi license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
Experience working with diverse individuals and a variety of mental health concerns.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Hold scheduled telehealth appointments with clients throughout Mississippi.
Listen to clients’ concerns and determine how best to address them.
Use counseling approaches suited to each client’s situation and clinical needs.
Recognize changes that may require a different level of support or additional services.
Keep session notes and other required records organized and current.
Handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
Consult with the clinical team when a case would benefit from additional input.
Follow Mississippi licensing, ethical, and professional requirements.
