About The Position

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides telehealth services to pre-screened, low-acuity clients through a secure online platform. The role focuses on virtual assessments, customized treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy. Administrative support allows the therapist to focus on clinical care rather than non-clinical tasks. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is compensated at $115,000–$120,000 annually, plus benefits.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active Tennessee license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in good standing.
• At least 2–3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and case management skills.

Responsibilities
