About The Position
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides remote counseling to Arkansas clients with a range of mental health concerns. The therapist builds ongoing relationships with clients, understands their concerns and needs, and provides thoughtful support across sessions. The role also involves organizing clinical work, communicating with the clinical team, and bringing forward cases that may need additional input or attention. This is a full-time remote/telehealth position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The stated salary is $115,000–$120,000 per year.
Requirements
- Active Arkansas license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Familiarity with telehealth tools and workflows.
- Strong clinical judgment and time management.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients for scheduled virtual therapy sessions.
- Get to know each client’s concerns, history, and current needs.
- Provide counseling suited to the situation and goals discussed in therapy.
- Keep session notes and other required records up to date.
- Consult with the clinical team when a case becomes more complex.
- Raise concerns when a client may need a different level of support.
- Participate in case discussions and clinical reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow Arkansas licensing and professional requirements.
