About The Position
This full-time telehealth position is for an experienced therapist licensed in Arkansas. The therapist delivers therapy services while supporting consistent care delivery and documentation practices. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Active Arkansas license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Familiarity with telehealth tools and workflows
- Strong clinical judgment and time management
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Complete and review clinical documentation
- Support treatment planning and progress monitoring
- Provide insight on complex or high-acuity cases
- Maintain compliance with state and organizational standards
- Participate in quality-focused clinical processes
