Responsibilities

  • Speaking with warm or pre-qualified prospects
  • Taking Zoom or phone-based sales calls
  • Asking strong diagnostic questions
  • Understanding the prospect’s goals, pain points, and current situation
  • Presenting the right offer clearly and confidently
  • Handling objections without pressure or weird sales tactics
  • Keeping CRM notes clean, simple, and useful
  • Following team processes and performance standards
