About The Position

Aesthetic Roofing is seeking high-performing in-home sales professionals to help homeowners make significant decisions with confidence. This is a field sales role focused on running scheduled in-home consultations, presenting roofing options, and closing projects directly with clients. Previous experience in selling high-ticket items such as solar, windows, HVAC, or bath remodels is highly transferable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commission-based in-home sales (roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, etc.)
• Comfortable working when homeowners are home (afternoons, evenings, weekends)
• Competitive, self-driven, and coachable in training and roleplay
• Strong communication and closing skills at the kitchen table
• Clean, professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled in-home consultations
• Present roofing options
• Close projects at the kitchen table
• Attend daily huddles and sales training
• Conduct 2-3 in-home consultations with homeowners per day
• Follow up on open estimates
• Manage your calendar and attend all scheduled appointments on time
• Generate referrals and neighborhood opportunities
• Wear company uniform and follow standards
