About The Position

This is a sales role focused on closing high-ticket deals for Wealth Without Wall Street, a company that teaches business owners, real estate investors, doctors, and high-earning professionals how to generate passive income using the Infinite Banking Concept. The company has a high volume of qualified leads and is looking for a salesperson who can connect with potential clients on a deep level, diagnose their financial needs, and guide them towards a solution. The role involves making outbound calls and taking inbound appointments, acting as a bridge between the client's current financial situation and a future of financial freedom. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

  • Proven sales background.
  • Minimum 2+ years closing in a high-ticket, phone/Zoom-based environment.
  • Demonstrated track record and numbers, not just resume claims.
  • Ability to close 25%+ of leads after probation.
  • Full ownership of your pipeline; no need for external chasing.
  • Ability to show up sharp and work in a high-tempo environment.
  • Belief in building wealth outside the traditional system.
  • Stable, professional remote setup with high-speed internet, quiet environment, and quality camera/mic.
  • CRM discipline: log notes the same day, update statuses in real time.
  • High emotional intelligence; ability to read and connect with humans, not just follow scripts.
  • Coachable ego; willingness to listen and learn.
  • Worldview that aligns with the company's beliefs about personal responsibility for freedom and the limitations of Wall Street.
  • Ability to speak from the heart about money and freedom.

Responsibilities

  • Pickup the phone, set appointments by making outbound calls and take inbound appointments.
  • Ask in-depth questions to understand the client's financial, emotional, and mental state.
  • Diagnose whether the Infinite Banking Concept (IBC) and the company's path is the right fit for the client.
  • Guide clients who are a good fit towards the company's solutions.
  • Treat every conversation as a critical opportunity to help a client achieve financial freedom.
