About The Position

At HighKey Agency, we are building an elite group of Closers capable of speaking with high-level clinic owners, aesthetic practitioners, surgeons, med spas, wellness brands, and healthcare entrepreneurs to help them scale into leaders through digital branding, authority positioning, social media growth, and patient acquisition systems. This is strategic brand positioning for premium businesses operating in highly competitive markets. If you understand luxury positioning, high-ticket sales psychology, emotional intelligence, authority dynamics, and consultative selling, we are interested in you. As a High Ticket Closer, your job is to diagnose growth bottlenecks for clinic owners and position HighKey’s solutions strategically. You are helping business owners increase patient acquisition, improve consultation flow, build premium positioning, strengthen brand authority, increase conversion rates, improve trust signals online, and create long-term market dominance. You will be speaking directly with clinic owners, surgeons, med spa founders, practice operators, wellness entrepreneurs, aesthetic practitioners, multi-location clinics, and personal brands in health & beauty.

Requirements

• 3+ years sales experience
• 2+ years sales training
