About The Position

WNS, part of Capgemini, is seeking Clinical Review Nurses (USRN) to conduct clinical reviews of cases that do not meet criteria. This role involves performing clinical intake, adjudicating cases, requesting additional clinical information, or escalating to Medical Directors. The position is remote and requires an active PRC and USRN License with 2 years of bedside experience.

Requirements

• Active PRC and USRN License
• 2 years Bedside Experience
• At least 2 years Triage Phone handling experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to handle interactions with facility personnel and providers in a professional manner
• Good knowledge in Healthcare or Medical domain
• Willing to work on shifting schedule - night and graveyard shift
• Willing to work on holidays / weekends
• Can start ASAP

Nice To Haves

• ER / OR / Medical Surgical / UR / UM / Triage / ICU / Hemodialysis experience

Responsibilities
