About The Position

Experian is a global data and technology company that powers opportunities for people and businesses worldwide. We are seeking a Project Manager, Healthcare to report to the PMO. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. You will manage multiple revenue cycle software implementations for healthcare clients, ensuring important goals and project scopes are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with project manager responsibilities, in Healthcare (revenue cycle preferred)
• Experience leading implementations in healthcare
• PMP required (or must obtain within 1 year of employment)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration or related field or study
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for this role
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare industry experience facilitating in-depth knowledge of hospital operations is beneficial
• Familiarity with Experian Health products is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and manage multiple, ongoing software implementations
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables and manage risk and issues using appropriate tools
• Provide direction to project team
• Monitor and report on progress of the project to all partners
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Provide feedback to internal team and development regarding process and product improvement
