About The Position

Remote Customer Service Associate-ADF Remote Customer Service Associate ADF Medical Services Inc. We're looking for a friendly, reliable Remote Customer Service Associate to support our patients and clients from the comfort of your home. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (remote experience is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or medical background is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chat inquiries from patients and clients
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, billing questions, and service information
  • Accurately document all interactions in our system
  • Escalate issues to the right team when needed
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
