About The Position

SolvOne is seeking a dedicated individual to join our expanding Remote Customer Service Representative Dispatch Team. We provide continuous 24/7/365 service to clients in the Petroleum Industry. When a gas station requires maintenance, our CSRs are the first point of contact, dispatching technicians to resolve the issue. Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience.
  • Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment.
  • Must be a resident of the Appleton Wisconsin area.
  • Positive attitude, great work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
  • Dependable and committed to being at work on time and ready to perform.
  • Ability to learn new information, policies, and skills including software and petroleum industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach, have strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
  • Ability to work at a desk and effectively utilize a phone and computer for the length of your shift.
  • Successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and the trial service period.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch technicians to client locations for maintenance issues.
  • Provide 24/7/365 service to clients in the Petroleum Industry.
  • Handle customer service interactions via phone and computer.
  • Learn new information, policies, and skills, including software and petroleum industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach to problem-solving and prioritization.
  • Effectively utilize a phone and computer for the length of the shift.
  • Commit full attention to work, without providing care for others during work hours.
