About The Position

Opening for a virtual administrative assistant. Work will be remotely from anywhere in the United States. Good communication and administrative skills are required. Knowledge of Excel and Word is essential. Job duties will include answering phones, processing outgoing mail, and typing routine reports. Seeking a motivated person, who displays drive, initiative and eagerness to learn & grow, and will ensure smooth daily operations. We are committed to excellence in service and operations. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to existing customers and new prospects
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
  • Customer log and database update
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Schedule meetings and update company calendar
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
