In this role, you'll help working families understand their available benefits while building long-term client relationships—all from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities

- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
- Attend leadership development workshops
- Collaborate with a supportive remote team
- Continue developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills
