About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring remote Client Benefits Advisors to help individuals and families understand insurance protection options. The role involves working from home, meeting with clients virtually, and receiving team support. It offers a commission-based, performance-driven opportunity to build a long-term career, with training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development. No prior insurance experience is required. This is an independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life, not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and cover applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements themselves. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
• Clear, confident communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and a client-centered approach.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
