Fully Remote Client Care Specialist
About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Client Care Specialist to guide clients through enrollment and help individuals and families understand personalized supplemental benefit options. The role involves meeting with clients virtually over Zoom, delivering clear and professional client-centered service, building lasting relationships, completing documentation accurately, and following up with clients. The position includes structured training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement. It is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and pay any applicable pre-licensing coursework, examination, and licensing costs.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be organized, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and coachable.
- Have strong communication and people skills.
- Be confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Obtain required state licensing, including applicable coursework, examinations, and state requirements, before conducting licensed insurance activities; related costs are the candidate's responsibility.

- Interest or background in business, marketing, or communications.
- No prior insurance experience is required.
