About The Position

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States, provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace, complete required training and participate in virtual meetings, obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities, and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
  • Welcome new clients and provide a positive onboarding experience
  • Explain available benefit and coverage options clearly and professionally
  • Recommend personalized solutions based on each client's needs
  • Guide clients through enrollment and application processes
  • Respond to client questions and provide ongoing policy support
