About The Position

AO | Globe Life is seeking motivated, compassionate, and service-oriented individuals to join their growing virtual team as Remote Benefits Specialists. This is a beginner-friendly opportunity, so previous insurance experience is not required. The role involves working with individuals and families, including veterans, union members, association members, and other working families, to help them understand available supplemental benefits and financial protection options. The company provides structured training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. The position is 100% remote and offers flexible scheduling with commission-based pay, weekly pay, and performance bonuses.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be physically located within the United States
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Have access to a computer or laptop
  • Maintain reliable high-speed internet

  • Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based applications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
  • Connect with individuals interested in learning about available benefits
  • Listen to each client's needs, priorities, and concerns
  • Answer questions regarding available benefit and coverage options
  • Provide clear, professional explanations
  • Assist with applications and enrollment
  • Conduct applicable policy and benefit reviews
  • Assist existing clients with beneficiary and policy-related service needs
  • Provide ongoing follow-up and customer support
  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent, dependable service
  • Help individuals and families understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Identify individual needs and help clients evaluate available options
  • Focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, educating families, and delivering professional service
