About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-focused professionals to join our virtual team as Remote Insurance Specialists. You'll work with working families, veterans, union members, credit union members, and other eligible clients, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. We provide the training, mentorship, licensing guidance, technology, and ongoing professional development needed to get started. This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, renewal and residual income opportunities, and leadership advancement.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located within the United States
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
Be comfortable conducting business through Zoom and phone
Be willing to complete required training
Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities

Nice To Haves

Previous insurance experience is not required for motivated candidates willing to learn.
Experience in customer service, insurance, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, financial services, military service, education, administration, account management, or sales can transfer well.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
Ask questions to understand each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
Build professional relationships based on trust, communication, and exceptional service
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Help clients understand coverage features and available choices
Assess individual and family protection needs
Recommend personalized benefit solutions
Answer questions clearly and professionally
Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
Complete required documentation accurately
Help with policy reviews
Help with beneficiary updates
Help with coverage questions
Help with policy-related service needs
Provide appropriate claims assistance and guidance
Client follow-up
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
