Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or similar support role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar productivity software.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries via email and telephone with a high degree of professionalism.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars for our project managers and painting teams.
- Prepare, issue, and track client quotations, invoices, and other project-related documentation.
- Maintain organised and accurate digital files, including client records and project details.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, such as expense tracking and data entry.
- Liaise with suppliers to order materials and ensure timely delivery for projects.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the entire team to enhance operational efficiency.
