About The Position

Azurreo is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of their international team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, coordinating multiple activities simultaneously, and ensuring that internal operations run smoothly. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with different departments, supporting travel arrangements, documentation, logistics, reporting, and general administrative coordination. This position is for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help teams succeed and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or operations role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working with cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools.
  • Ability to work full-time in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Track and monitor international shipments and deliveries.
  • Organize, maintain, and update company contracts and administrative documentation.
  • Support expense tracking and maintain operational reports and internal dashboards.
  • Perform data entry while ensuring accuracy across company records.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain digital files and documentation.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple departments.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar coordination, and general administrative support.
  • Follow up on outstanding administrative actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal administrative processes.
