About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a full-time, project-based Travel Fixture Installer for its regional remodel team, based in Tucson, Arizona. The role supports large-scale remodels and store resets at major home improvement retailers, including Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ace Hardware. Installers travel weekly throughout their assigned region and surrounding states, work with a remodel crew, and complete fixture installations, department resets, and merchandising projects. Employees are home most weekends. The position is physically active and fast-paced, with overnight project schedules. Work includes installing, relocating, adjusting, and dismantling fixtures and displays; setting products and signage to planograms and project specifications; and using tools and equipment safely. Training is provided for forklifts and scissor lifts. The job also involves in-store reporting using web-based handheld devices and maintaining project quality, safety, and productivity standards. Pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance; these must be maintained.
Ability to travel weekly throughout the assigned region and surrounding states, with home most weekends.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, tape measures, and box cutters.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting or independently.
Comfort using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and in-store reporting.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, climb ladders, and remain active throughout overnight shifts.
Ability to regularly lift, move, and handle products, fixtures, and materials weighing up to 50+ pounds.
Comfort working in fast-paced remodel environments with overnight project schedules.
Successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements and screenings, which may include a background check, motor vehicle record review, and employment eligibility verification.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification; not required, with training provided.

Experience in retail, remodel construction, carpentry, warehouse operations, fixture installation, remodel merchandising, general labor, or other hands-on trades.

Responsibilities

Execute large-scale retail remodels and store resets.
Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displays.
Support department teardowns, rebuilds, and merchandising projects.
Set products, signage, and displays according to planograms and project specifications.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts; training is provided for forklifts and scissor lifts.
Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout each project.
Work with teammates, project leaders, and store management to complete projects on schedule.
Complete in-store reporting using web-based handheld devices.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Complete other job-related instructions and tasks as directed by management.
