About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a full-time, project-based Travel Fixture Installer for its regional remodel team. The role involves weekly travel throughout an assigned region and surrounding states to support large-scale remodels, fixture installations, department resets, and merchandising projects at major home improvement retailers. Installers work with a professional crew and may also work independently, with overnight project schedules and home most weekends. Company-paid hotels and airfare are provided for travel, with room sharing applying. Pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience. The work is physically active and includes installing, relocating, adjusting, and dismantling retail fixtures and displays; setting products and signage to planograms and specifications; operating tools, ladders, and heavy equipment safely; and using web-based handheld devices for in-store reporting. The installer is expected to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards, collaborate with teammates, project leaders, and store management, and keep the work environment clean and safe. Employment is contingent on successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include background and motor vehicle record checks and employment eligibility verification.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance; maintain these for project travel.
Ability to travel weekly throughout the assigned region and surrounding states; home most weekends.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, tape measures, and box cutters.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting or independently.
Comfort using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and in-store reporting.
Ability to perform physically active work involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing ladders, including remaining active during overnight shifts.
Ability to regularly lift, move, and handle products, fixtures, and materials weighing up to 50+ pounds.
Comfort working in fast-paced remodel environments with overnight project schedules.
Successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, motor vehicle record review, and verification of employment eligibility.

Experience in remodel construction, carpentry, fixture installation, construction remodel merchandising, or other hands-on trades.

Responsibilities

Complete large-scale remodels, fixture installations, and department resets.
Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displays.
Support department teardowns, rebuilds, and merchandising projects.
Set products, signage, and displays according to planograms and project specifications.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment.
Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout each project.
Work with teammates, project leaders, and store management to complete projects on schedule.
Complete in-store reporting using web-based handheld devices.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Complete other job-related instructions and tasks as directed by management.
