About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a full-time, project-based Travel Fixture Installer for its Remodel Team. The role involves regional weekly travel to help remodel major home improvement retailers, including Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ace Hardware. Working with a remodel crew, the installer performs fixture installations, department resets, store remodels, and related merchandising projects. Employees are home most weekends. The position is physically active and includes overnight project schedules and travel throughout an assigned region and surrounding states. The role pays $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience. The company provides W-2 employment, company-paid hotels and airfare, per diem, mileage and drive-time reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, earned PTO and sick time, consistent project work, and opportunities for advancement. Room sharing applies during hotel stays. Forklift or OSHA training may be provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance.
Ability to travel weekly throughout the assigned region and surrounding states; employees are home most weekends.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, tape measures, and box cutters.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
Comfort using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and in-store reporting.
Ability to work overnight project schedules in fast-paced remodel environments.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, climb ladders, and remain active throughout shifts.
Ability to regularly lift, move, and handle products, fixtures, and materials weighing up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

Complete large-scale remodels, fixture installations, and department resets.
Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displays.
Support department teardowns, rebuilds, and merchandising projects.
Set products, signage, and displays according to planograms and project specifications.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment.
Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout each project.
Work with teammates, project leaders, and store management to complete projects on schedule.
Complete in-store reporting using web-based handheld devices.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Complete other job-related instructions and tasks as directed by management.
