About The Position

The Remarketing Field Manager is responsible for completing new inspections, re-inspections, inventory management, and managing the refurbishment of homes. This role involves making marketing decisions to minimize losses for 21st Mortgage, coordinating with contractors and movers to ensure homes are picked up and refurbished according to 21st guidelines, and completing inspections for various departments including Legal, Servicing, Credit, and Insurance. This position requires heavy overnight travel, strong communication and negotiating skills, the ability to analyze details, report exceptions, and take corrective action. Good managerial and computer skills are necessary, and the individual should be strongly self-motivated and willing to work long hours.
