About The Position

Caterlink is hiring a Chef to provide cover in Oxfordshire and support its existing site-based teams. The role is mobile-based and requires the employee to have their own transport. It is term-time only, with no weekend work, for 25 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The rate is £15.50 per hour.

The successful candidate will prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards; follow food safety and health and safety procedures; complete mandatory paperwork accurately; and help maintain the company’s reputation for excellent food and service. The role also supports day-to-day site operations, including inventory management, budget monitoring and implementing action plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Follow all food safety and health and safety procedures.
• Complete mandatory paperwork accurately and with integrity.
• Help enhance Caterlink’s reputation for excellent food and service, consistently exceeding client and customer expectations.
• Support the day-to-day running of the location, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans.
