About The Position

This role supports and promotes the achievement of Quality goals and performance improvement throughout the organization. The Reliability Engineer adheres to ISO: 9000 compliance objectives, ensuring targets are met while maintaining awareness of business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues. The position involves conducting Dismantle Inspection Failure Analysis (DIFA) of ESP and related equipment to determine root causes of failure, identifying appropriate corrective actions, and preparing professional reports of findings. Familiarity with metallurgy and chemical analysis as applicable to failure analysis of ESP equipment is essential. The role requires acquiring and interpreting data from remote surveillance monitoring and surface equipment history files to analyze failures and promote reliability. Evaluating applications and well history data to enhance product application efficiency and increase run life is also a key responsibility. The engineer will evaluate and revise technical procedures, recommend revisions to Engineering Standards in support of Quality objectives, and organize data to prepare technical and management system reports. Monitoring equipment operational performance through data gathering and statistical reporting, identifying and developing engineering solutions for repetitive failures, and supporting the development of localized acceptance tests and inspection criteria in conjunction with Levare Engineering are also part of the role. The position actively participates in and promotes the EHS process, determines appropriate remedial actions, and monitors and participates in the ECN process as required. The engineer will work to solve and communicate Quality-related problems at the service center, using advanced communication skills to interact with clients, sales professionals, engineers, and service center personnel. Adherence to all safety and security procedures, proper use of equipment and material, and active promotion of HSE awareness are critical.

Requirements

Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and/or company specific databases.
Familiar with ISO: 9000 requirements including quality practices and procedures.
Search and locate Drawings, BOMs, MPIs and other product related documents required to support Service Center Operations.
Comfortable reading complex blueprints and customer related drawings.
Extensive experience in the application, trouble-shooting, failure analysis, and assembly / disassembly of the ESP’s.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field required.
10+ years of Reliability Engineering or Quality Assurance/Control experience preferred

Responsibilities
