Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS) provides professional support services to Tokio Marine Group companies in the United States. The Release Management Analyst will be the main point of contact for all Release Management activities, responsible for orchestrating all releases, including Enterprise Releases and patches. This role involves communicating with impacted TMNAS companies and stakeholders, running meetings from release planning to readiness reviews, and ensuring development and testing efforts are complete and compliant with Release Management processes. Adherence to Change Management processes, including task completion, approvals, and representation at Change Advisory Board meetings, is also required. The Analyst will collaborate with Project Managers to orchestrate necessary milestones for Release Management, QA, User Acceptance, and Change Management teams. Additionally, the Analyst will create and maintain Release-related metrics and communicate them to management stakeholders. The role also includes acting as a secondary Non-Production Environment Analyst, assisting in the coordination of environmental refreshes across Group Companies, coordinating with Project Managers on environmental allocations, and handling all environment-related communications, meetings, and reporting.
