Requirements

Excellent relationship building skills
Experience working with the public and handling money
Basic math and computer skills

Responsibilities

Greet customers cheerfully as they walk through the branch doors.
Process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments efficiently.
Utilize product knowledge to recommend financial products and services to meet customer needs.
Maintain a cash drawer with proper controls, vouchers, receipts, security, and proofs, ensuring it balances at the end of each day.
Count cash, enter information into a computer, comply with check-cashing guidelines, and look for fraudulent activity.
Take on all service opportunities, including new account processing and updating customer and account information.
Provide needs-based solutions for customers.
