Roving Relationship Teller

Benchmark Community BankFarmville, VA

About The Position

Benchmark Community Bank is seeking to hire an outgoing and service-oriented Teller for our roving team. This position will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our customers in any of our soon to be, 20 locations. The territory will encompass our branch footprint; however, we prioritize utilizing our rovers in locations closest to their home. Mileage reimbursement is included in this position. As a Roving Teller, you will have the opportunity to travel to many of our locations and work with different teams each week. You will also have the opportunity to be seen by many leaders at Benchmark Community Bank which often lead to growth opportunities. You cheerfully greet customers as they walk through our doors of the branch. You are the first point of contact for the majority of our customers and the first impression when a customer enters the branch. Because of your friendly and service-oriented personality, building relationships with our customers comes naturally. Our Roving Teller team is often referred to as the Super-Heros, as they often work in branches who need extra hands that day. As an ambitious learner and team member, you eagerly take on all service opportunities - from the easy going to the challenging. Your service tasks include new account processing, updating customer and account information and providing needs-based solutions for customers. You enjoy being part of a fun, supportive team, but most of all you love serving our customers and go home at the end of the day feeling great about the service you've provided them!
