About The Position
As a Relationship Specialist, you will assist customers with loan applications, account transactions, and new products and services. The role includes working during the listed Monday–Friday and Saturday hours, with Saturdays mandatory and one full day off Monday–Friday. The company provides a team of trainers to prepare employees for the job. Pay is $19–$20 per hour, with compensation potentially higher based on experience. The dress code is relaxed, business casual, and company-logo wear.
Requirements
- Experience accurately counting large quantities of cash.
- Experience balancing a cash drawer.
- Experience using a computer to enter customer information.
- Ability to follow customer instructions.
- Ability to explain features and benefits of products and services.
