About The Position

Drawbridge is seeking a UK-based Relationship Manager to own a large, high-volume portfolio of hedge fund, private equity, and family office clients. The role centers on building trusted relationships with operational contacts and executive decision-makers, including COOs, CFOs, CCOs, and Managing Partners. The Relationship Manager acts as a strategic advisor, helping clients understand cybersecurity in the context of capital raising, regulatory scrutiny, and operational risk. Success is measured by Net Revenue Retention (NRR). The role is responsible for demonstrating client value and outcomes, proactively managing account health, identifying expansion opportunities, and leading commercial renewal processes. It also involves weekly renewal forecasting, bringing market intelligence to the team, and contributing client insights to improve the established relationship-management playbook. The position is hybrid in Drawbridge’s London (Mayfair) office and includes regular client travel.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a client-facing role such as relationship management, account management, or customer success, ideally at a SaaS, fintech, or financial services firm.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a book of business with NRR or retention accountability and readiness to manage a higher-volume book than a typical enterprise account role.
  • Background in financial services, ideally alternative investment management, such as hedge fund, private equity, or family office operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings with senior executives and explain complex risk topics clearly.
  • Ability to present data-driven findings and translate them into business terms for non-technical audiences.
  • Commercial judgment and understanding of both client satisfaction and client retention.
  • Comfort using AI tools in daily work to improve efficiency, preparation, and management of a large client portfolio.
  • Proactive approach to surfacing client concerns and delivering consistently on commitments.
  • Genuine curiosity about clients’ businesses, capital raising, and regulatory exposure.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SEC examination preparedness, Reg S-P, or LP due diligence processes.
  • Experience working alongside technical delivery teams such as solutions engineers or vCISOs.
  • Background in alternative investment operations, including fund administration, compliance, or technology.
  • Prior experience at a cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude for client communications, account-context synthesis, or workflow acceleration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with operational contacts and executive sponsors across client accounts.
  • Attend client meetings in person when appropriate, including conversations related to regulatory exams, LP due diligence, and board-level risk.
  • Frame client interactions around business impact and help clients communicate security-program outcomes to LPs, boards, and regulators.
  • Maintain a current view of delivered outcomes and upcoming work for every account.
  • Monitor client engagement and account health, surface risks early, and prioritize outreach based on account needs.
  • Partner with Client Success and technical colleagues who support delivery while leading the client relationship.
  • Use internal AI tools to identify engagement gaps, synthesize client context, and work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Identify and advance opportunities to expand clients’ use of the Drawbridge platform.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on referrals and portfolio-company introductions, particularly within private equity relationships.
  • Own commercial renewals, including timeline management, stakeholder alignment, and negotiation.
  • Submit accurate weekly renewal forecasts with clear notes on risk.
  • Share market intelligence from client conversations, including LP due diligence trends, regulatory exam themes, and competitive signals.
  • Follow the established RM playbook and share client learnings to improve it.

Benefits

  • Competitive base compensation plus performance compensation tied to NRR.
  • Hybrid work in the London (Mayfair) office.
  • Regular client travel.
  • Opportunity to work with an underserved client base in alternative investment firms.
  • Opportunity to join an established RM playbook and learn from a senior team.
