BSNB is seeking an enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join their team. This role involves providing client services and operational leadership within the branch, with accountability for growing market share through customer and employee satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will coach, motivate, and provide ongoing training in referrals, bank products, the client experience, and customer excellence to all branch employees. Additionally, the Relationship Manager is responsible for staffing, management, coaching, and motivating staff, handling complex service issues, and ensuring security, audit, and compliance procedures are followed as outlined in bank policy.
