About The Position

The Relationship Manager - Prime Vishwaas Sales role focuses on managing auto loans through various sales channels including car dealers, Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), and Direct Sales Teams (DSTs). This position is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring quality sourcing, and maintaining a healthy portfolio. The role involves empaneling new dealers and agents, conducting product and policy training, managing business promotional activities, and collaborating with the credit team for business approvals. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will monitor competitor activities and develop new customer relationships to increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing auto loans through car dealers, DSAs, and DSTs
  • Ability to empanel new car dealers, DSAs, and DSTs
  • Accountability for sales performance and team productivity
  • Skills in conducting training on products, policies, and market changes
  • Experience in managing business promotional activities with channels
  • Ability to track channels and teams for quality sourcing and portfolio health

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for tracking channels & Team for Quality sourcing & Healthy portfolio
  • Interact with credit team, & Get business approvals
  • Keep close watch on competitor product, Policy & Market strategy
  • Recruit, Train & Motivate channel sales team achieve sales targets
  • Guide channel sales team & introduce clients to them
  • Maintain knowledge on all bank product & series & assist to resolve customer queries
  • Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue & accounts
