About The Position

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building, managing, and growing Mitratech’s partner ecosystem. This role serves as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, driving partner engagement, enablement, and program execution. The Partner Program Manager works cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure partners are equipped to deliver value to clients and contribute to Mitratech’s growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in relationship management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable engaging with partner stakeholders and internal executives, presenting program updates, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.
  • Highly self-directed with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and program initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partner relationships and program workstreams simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with remote and distributed teams across Sales, Professional Services, and Product.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM and partner management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners by defining program goals, engagement models, and success metrics.
  • Develop and execute partner onboarding, enablement, and certification programs to ensure partners are equipped to effectively represent and deliver Mitratech solutions.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, conducting regular business reviews, tracking joint pipeline, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to support partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals, ensuring smooth handoffs and strong delivery outcomes.
  • Track and report on partner program KPIs including revenue contribution, partner activity, enablement completion, and satisfaction scores.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partner stakeholders at all levels, from practitioners to executive sponsors.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve partner program issues, serving as an internal advocate to remove blockers and drive resolution.
